deliveries and postage refunds policies during the strike actions by Royal mail.
In october 2022. we knew that for most dates in November Royal mail had planned strike action. we took the decision to use alternative curiour services. we decided not to use royal mail at all so your order would not get lost in the post.
Now its at the end of the Month nearly all delivery companies are struggling. Its taking longer to pick up and drop off deliveries ,Its due to taking on the extra burdens of deliveries that normally would have normally gone with Royal mail.
This is effecting our orders too. we have took the decicion to change our refund policies for postage costs. We can no longer refund postage cost if your order is delayed if it is due to driving logistics . Especially as Christmas is approaching. we will honour a postage refund if it is delayed at our end in not going out on time. all rights reserved 29/12/22.

Deliveries will normally be posted same day or next working day excluding bank holidays and weekends which are out of our control.Please note Excludes Nanny Nicu and Something Precious which are hand made occassional delays may occur.

Payments can be made by any major credit or debit cards.Online or offline should you prefer. Offline will still need a valid email address to send you an invoice. Cheeky Chums no longer take credit card details over the phone.postal orders and cheques payable to Cheeky chums. Please note cheques and echeques must clear before goods are sent out .Please also be aware some echeques can take 10 days to clear. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. .

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. Goods must be returned complete and in a resellable condition dummies nappies and personal items such like must not be opened from the packet.and undamaged for refund. Please keep all receipts and/or proof of posting Exchanges sent out upon receipt back to our returns department. we will inform you and send a full refund will be crediited back to your account within one month of return.
