Cheeky Chums Website Terms and Conditions for sale of goods.

All prices are in uk Pounds Sterling.You may send the equal amount converted in your own currency by using paypal. All Babywear is zero vat rated although law may change at any time we will inform all customers when changes do if at all take place..
UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail with uk address sent recorded delivery ontop Free of charge.
Deliveries will normally be posted same day or next working day excluding bank holidays and weekends which are out of our control.Please note Excludes Nanny Nicu and Something Precious which are hand made occassional delays may occur.
Payments can be made by any major credit or debit cards.Online or offline should you prefer. Offline will still need a valid email address to send you an invoice. Cheeky Chums no longer take credit card details over the phone.postal orders and cheques payable to Cheeky chums. Please note cheques and echeques must clear before goods are sent out .Please also be aware some echeques can take 10 days to clear. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. .
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods, please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
RETURNED ITEMS/GOODS
Please contact us by phone or e-mail to let us know if goods can be returned. Please include the returns note included with your order.
Goods must be returned complete and undamaged for refund. Please keep all receipts and/or proof of posting Exchanges sent out upon receipt back to our returns department. we will inform you and send a full refund will be crediited back to your account within one month of return.(May 2010 policy update)
