if you require an exchange we will send the next item out to you upon return approx turnaround 7-10 days for uk deliveries.

if you opted for a refund instead A full refund of the items you returned minus any extra postage costs you made will be returned to your account once it has arrived back to our office.(subject to an unused resellable condition).

Refunds are done by the refund department and can take up to 28 days to show up back in your account once it reaches our office.
