Upon Cleared payment ie CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL are sent same day or early next day.(Excluding weekends or bank holidays) unless extra postage costs are met by customer for a special occasion ie birthday.

If I pay by Cheque when can I expect my goods TOP
Goods are despatched upon cleared payment ,ie echqeues and cheques can take approx 10 days to clear, we also inform you when your item has been despatched so you can expect the delivery.

Can i send an item back if its too small etc TOP
Yes within 14 days of receipt, send back the returns note back with your order for an exchange or a full refund which ever you prefer.please retain proof of postage as your receipt when you send your goods back.Unfortunately postage costs are note included with any refund payments.

How are my items despatched TOP
We use royal mail for small items, Posted same day for orders received by our despatch team up to 2.30pm.or early next day For fast turnarounds. We post every day except weekends and bank holidays which are out of our control.
