    • yes,except in peak times or staff shortages ie sickness or holidays which are sometimes out of our control. so many customers worry they may not get an item in time. so for all UK deliveries are now confirmed delivery methods, we  include signed for delivery with your postage method in cases of missing mail.
    •  you can look any time at your convenience on our website log on under order tracking it will say on order, shipped, backlog or cancelled appropriately if any item is out of stock etc.ONLINE TRACKING as soon as possible the staff update the website with an order status so you can also find out online where your order is up to if you saved  login details at the time of ordering.

     No, Vat on baby clothes are 0 rated. Vat is only added to guaranteed services by 1pm,guaranteed  delivery by saturday, guaranteed (used to be called special delivery) by 9am.Charged at the current VAT rate of 20%

    Do you post to baby burial clothes to the Usa Australia Hong Kong etc TOP

    • Changes in our insurance cover means WE DO NOT POST TO USA OR CANADA.
    • worldwide delivery using ROYAL MAIL by Air mail.
    • If you need baby burial clothes delivered to places overseas such as the  Australia Hong Kong etc so your baby can wear them in time for the funeral, We suggest you book a date for the funeral once Your baby's burial clothes have arrived, to avoid any postage delays travelling overseas thankyou.

    • in an emergency we also arrange fast deliveries by FED EX the customer pays for this service before order dispatched.we shall get back to you with cost prior to shipping to all addresses worldwide weather permitting ie earth quakes/war zones.

    Order by 1pm for a next WORKING DAY delivery.For any items that need making, we will let you know by phone or email if we need a little extra time to complete it.please be aware we realize some orders need a faster dispatch especially for baby bereavement items, we offer this faster delivery service but it depends on Royal Mail, bad weather conditions and traffic delays that can also hold up any orders.Special delivery orders received on Friday after 1.00pm will be posted MONDAY following the weekend.

    Can i send an item back if its too small etc ? top

    3. Goods must be returned complete and in a resellable condition dummies nappies and personal items such like must not be opened from the packet.and undamaged for refund. Please keep all receipts and/or proof of posting Exchanges sent out upon receipt back to our returns department. we will inform you and send a full refund which will be crediited back to your account within 30 days of return.     If I order an outfit for a baby burial can i get it fast ? top

    Baby burial bereavement orders
     
    All orders are put on standby in order for final resting clothes to be made and sent out as a priority orders. If you also see an outfit which is appealing which you need instead of a Something Precious range please let us know so it can be sent out quicker.I know it is a sad time but unless we know you need it quick we cannot give you a top priority despatch.
     All staff are sensitive to the families needs at such a distressing time and we will deal with your telephone call appropriately.if you need an item by a specific day we will also let you know if its is possible so you can then decide to buy elsewhere.Special delivery is also a good option for these type of orders.

    What if I change my mind after ordering ? top

    • we will try to sort it out the same day so you can have a refund.
    • If we miss your instructions and an order has been despatched already just return the item with the enclosed order form for a full refund or replacement.refunds processed within 14 days

    • If shipping as been sent and you feel we didnt get the correct address we can only advice you to check with your addressee ie your old address and the new people that have moved in.
    • Once it has left our office we cannot accept liability for these lost items due to a mistake on your part, However if you sent amessage on the bottom of the checkout page to send to a relative as a gift for someone and we didnt get the message then it is our fault and a refund or replacement can be sent .
