How to pay when you have finished ordering
When you finished shopping, on the checkout page you can Choose from the following 2 payment button options....
1. The yellow Checkout with PayPal button. OR
2. The Googlecheckout button.
Payment method 1.
The yellow Paypal button takes you to the next page it allows you to either type in your credit/debit card details or if you already have a Paypal account its a little quicker to add your username and password (on the right hand side of the page) then click Log in to pay.
Payment method 2.
The Googlecheckout button.This button takes you to the next page where you can add your credit /debit card details Or Sign in using your google checkout username and password if you already have one. If I pay today when will you send my goods ? TOP
Upon Cleared payment ie CREDIT /DEBIT CARDS or PAYPAL ACCOUNTS adn GOOGLE Accounts are sent out within 2 working days.Nanny Nicu orders take an extra day.cheques clear before goods are despatched echeques take up to 10 days to clear.

TOP Goods are despatched upon cleared payment ,ie echeques and cheques can take approx 10 days to clear, we also inform you when your item has been despatched so you can expect the delivery. Can i send an item back if its too small etc ? TOP Yes of course within 14 days of receipt, Send back the returns note back with your order for an exchange or a full refund which ever you prefer.please retain proof of postage as your receipt when you send your goods back.Unfortunately postage costs are not included with any refund payments..Refunds usually take up to 28 days to show on your own records/account. If I order an outfit for a baby burial can i get it fast ? TOP
All orders are put on standby in order for final resting clothes to be made and sent out as a priority order. If you also see an outfit which is appealing which you need instead of a Something Precious range please let us know so it can be sent out quicker.I know it is a sad time but unless we know you need it quick we cannot give you a top priority despatch.
All staff are sensitive to the families needs at such a distressing time and we will deal with your telephone call appropriately.if you need an item by a specific day we will also let you know if its is possible so you can then decide to buy elsewhere.Special delivery is also a good option for these type of orders.
